These Gentlemen run one of the smoothest operations I've ever done business with...It is a Family owned/Family operated enterprise & they truly roll out the Red Carpet and treat their customer like FAMILY...The deals,the quality of automobiles alongwith the quantity makes "Luxury Autos" in my Humble opinion one of the Motor Cities Best Kept Secrets_All yeah,BTW, I almost forgot to mention they treat you to a meal while you await your vehicles detail...Impeccable...

I tell everyone I know that luxury auto sales has the best customer service. In the past I have dealt with several dealerships in Detroit and luxury auto sales surpasses them all with excellent service and professional, courteous and knowledgeable personnel. I’ve always had a pleasant experience with them. Yousif was my salesman and I had no pressure experience the whole time. He took a great deal of time with me and answered all my questions and also provided me all the documents I asked for. They took the time to clean my car and go beyond I definitely won’t buy a car anywhere else they’re such a great family I was so satisfied. Great service!

I went to this place and I had the best Custmer’s service at this place the people that helped me out are very friendly and nice . Got a car from them for a really good price. I recommend this place .

I wanted to buy a nice reliable car and also fix my brothers car. My friend referred me to Luxery auto sales and I went in there with my brothers car and they were able to fix it for me and I ended up getting a car my self as well. AL was very helpful when I told him I wanted the car fixed and he was very nice by taking his time for me to find the car that I wanted and the that was gonna suit me.

Very clearly have frame damage, when promised they don't. When asking for literally any paperwork before signing: "I swear we had it he must of forgotten it," "We actually don't keep records of it, "We're not actually the ones that repair the cars," "Another dealership actually has all the titles," And the list goes on. They also have an anonymous "airbag guy" that they keep zero records of, so chances are you'll have paper towel in place of a $750+ airbag. Editing review because I was text messaged by the dealership several days after: "...a bad review shows how cheap you are, just because you can't afford something doesn't mean you can attack the place" I replied: "Nothing to do with the price...Do not contact this number unless previously requested". To which the dealership maturely replied "Smd". (Attached is a screenshot.) Maturity and integrity is severely lacking from this establishment.

Absolutely the best place if you are looking for a good quality used vehicle at a great price. I dealt with Al, he was so amazing and kind, went above and beyond to make sure that I was/am happy with my 2015 GMC Terrain. They put their customers before just making a quick $. I love that this is a family owned and operated business as well. I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their next vehicle. A++ customer service. I wanted to update my review to reflect just how much this place takes care of their customers. I had an issue with my radio ( something I knew about when I bought the car) they had to get a replacement for me. I had a scheduled time to be there but for some reason I ended up not getting my radio fixed that day, I live two hours away and instead of being asked to drive back down again the next day I was given a loner vehicle to get home and Al brought my vehicle to me, two hours away. Again if you are looking for top notch customer service and quality vehicles this is the place.

They have great quality cars and even the rebuilt title ones look brand new!!
